We were at the Hungerford Food Festival again this week. This was the 3rd year we've been asked to be there, specifically to offer Vegetarian Street Food. We had great fun coming up with lots of delicious seasonal salads, quiches, strudels and cakes, as well as a Thai inspired butternut squash curry, and our ever popular miso laksa noodle soup!
As always,we had plenty of options for vegans and for people who follow gluten-free or dairy-free diets. It was great to see many familiar faces, and also lots of new people.
Each year the Festival is growing, and a wider variety of local food producers come together to make this a wonderful local foodie event!
